OUR PROCESS

Who does what, in order

Material

Material

Maple and carbon cloth are checked and numbered by batch before they enter the line. Incoming inspection keeps the record.

Curing

Curing

Layers are laid and cured on a curve set for each model; every cycle is logged at the curing station.

Joint

Joint

Radial joints are machined and checked for alignment, one cue at a time, in the metal shop.

Inlay

Inlay

Inlay pieces are set, levelled and colour-matched by hand in the inlay room.

Weighting

Weighting

Weight is adjusted per model and the balance point recorded for each individual cue.

Inspection

Inspection

Stroke test and finish check; the result is filed against that cue's own record.
